Q: How much is delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £3.49 for orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a cost of £4.49 if this option is selected at checkout.

Local customers can select the ‘Local pick up’ option at checkout and collect their order for free if they are near to Risca, South Wales.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We don't currently offer a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' service but this is something we are working hard towards in the near future.

Q: What are your current order processing times?

We are operating on a 2/3 day turnaround time at the moment. This applies from the moment your order is placed to when it is dispatched.

We currently ship via Royal Mail which is then subject to Royal Mail's delivery timeframes. Please only message us if it has been more than 10 working days since your order has been shipped and it has still not arrived. (Not including weekends or bank holidays).

If it is the case that your order has not arrived after the 10 working day period, we will launch a full investigation with Royal Mail and we will be in contact to arrange either a replacement or refund with you.

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

At this time we only ship inside of the UK, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Q: Can I return my order for a refund?

Our returns policy states that if a customer requests a return within 14 days of receiving your order then yes, customers are eligible for a full refund minus delivery fees, providing that all items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

It is the customer's responsibility for any return costs so we highly recommend making sure the order is packaged securely and sent using a reliable courier as any returns lost in the mail are not our responsibility. Customers must claim through their chosen courier.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love making custom orders. Whether it be for a baby shower, wedding favours, or just a large quantity of your favourite scent.
